Who processes your data

No data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Who can access it

The agency's staff, within the limits of their duties.
Apimo, the publisher of our estate agency management software, which hosts our client files as a processor.
Cloudflare, the website host, located in the United States. Any transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Travel Paradise, for enquiries relating to rental management only, which is subcontracted to it.
BARNES International Realty, where your search concerns properties outside Île de Ré and you ask us to guide you.
The professionals involved in your file where the transaction requires it: the public notary (notaire), the surveyor carrying out the statutory property surveys (diagnostiqueur), and the bank.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, and the right to the portability of your data. You may also give directions as to what is to become of your data after your death.

To exercise them, write to iledere@barnes-international.com or to LGBA, 19 bis cours Félix Faure, 17630 La Flotte, setting out your request. You will receive a reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt.

Security

Exchanges with the website are encrypted. Access to our management tools is protected by named user accounts. The forms are protected against automated submissions by a system that places no advertising trackers.
